Fans Think Amber Heard’s 10 Minutes In Aquaman 2 Is Still Too Much

Amber Heard’s reputation has only gone downhill since the multi-million trial between her and Johnny Depp started. Now a number of fans just want her to go away.

As noted earlier, Heard’s role in the upcoming Aquaman movie was cut to a mere minutes and fans couldn’t be happier. The news came amid the ongoing trial which led many to speculate that it was done due to her ongoing case.

Then there was also a petition to remove Heard from the Aquaman 2 in its entirety. The campaign had over 2 million signatures last time. And now, with the report that her role was cut to less than 10 minutes in the movie, fans expressed how delighted they are.

The news was first broken by popular film critic Grace Randolph in a tweet. In that thread, a fan wrote, “Still too much. Like seriously cut the ten minutes and reshoot no one will mind.” At the same time, many others also shared the common sentiment and were just generally happy with the news.

Another fan wrote, “If she has 10 minutes of screen time I’m sure they can do reshoots with a different actress (Emilia Clark) it would be smart of them to make that investment since even 10 minutes of her being on the screen can cause significant damage to the films box office.”

When Heard came out with the allegations against Depp, the actor suffered significant damage to his career. The same cannot be said about Heard though, but for now, people are happy with this. You can check out rest of the fan reactions below.
