Cardi B is known for her aggressive flow and candid lyrics. The rapper recently proved that her music can be adapted to a wide range of audiences around the world. Cardi collaborated with Black country singer Jimmie Allen to present a remix of her 2020 hit, “Money,” with a classic southern twist.

The Bronx beauty has recently tapped a new country fanbase, in which she is fully immersing herself as an Atlanta resident. The Grammy winner collaborated with African American country singer Jimmie Allen to present a remix of her 2020 hit, “Money,” with that classic southern flare.

Entertainment Tonight debuted the video with the two collaborating artists, miraculously blending both genres in a surprise performance for her show “Cardi Tries” in a Western-style saloon in Los Angeles. Cardi B stated that this was her first pop-up performance since 2019, and she saved the experience for her series.

The WAP rapper and her celebrity sidekick learned how to line dance and ride a mechanical bull. As the episode came to a close, the two gave fans the big pay-off: a mashup of that club banger with Allen on guitar. Cardi belted out her verses in country-girl twang, and it was stellar.
