Dorit Kemsley is best known for her role as a prominent cast member on Bravo’s reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which she has been a part of since its seventh season in 2016. She is married to Paul Kemsley and they have two children together. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband recently sold their Beverly Hills mansion for $7.2 million and profited $700,000.

Dorit Kemsley of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has sold the mega-mansion she shared with her husband PK after years of trying to sell it. According to real estate records obtained by Radar, the couple sold their 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 8,679 sq. ft. pad for $7.2 million. The home had been re-listed on the market in January.

Dorit and PK paid $6,565,000 for the property in 2016. They attempted to sell it in 2017 for $12.75 million, right around the time PK was being hauled into court for an alleged debt. The two eventually reduced the price to $10.95 million before deciding to reduce it to $8.995 million.

In July 2018, the two were frustrated with waiting for a buyer and attempted to rent it out for $40k per month. They were unable to locate a buyer and re-listed the property for $8.7 million, but it was quickly reduced to $8.25 million.

Dorit and PK appeared desperate in 2020 and tried to rent it out for $30k per month. That didn’t work, so they relisted it but removed it from the market in May 2021. They hired Kyle Richard’s real estate mogul husband Mauricio Umansky to help them sell the house earlier this year.

The famous couple has not lived in the house for some time. They relocated to a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901-square-foot home in the Valley. Dorit was the victim of a terrifying home invasion while PK was away. Three armed men smashed Dorit’s windows and forced their way inside, as previously reported.

The masked burglars threatened to kill Dorit unless she turned over all her valuables. The reality star’s children were sleeping only a few rooms away at the time. The children were unaware of the incident and had no contact with the suspects. The police have yet to say whether or not they apprehended anyone involved in the home invasion.

It’s great for Dorit and PK that they were finally able to sell their home. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
