Sunny’s return to social media after killing a 75-year-old man has been nothing short of a disaster. The former WWE superstar, whose real name is Tammy Sytch, claimed yesterday that she was not responsible for the crash that killed Julian Lasseter. Now, she is making demonstrably false claims about the details of the case.

In a reply to a thread that started about the status of Sunny’s OnlyFans account that spiraled out of control, the WWE Hall of Famer said she was the owner of the car that hit Lasseter. Sunny’s boyfriend, who is the legal owner of the vehicle and is being sued by the estate of Lasseter, jumped in to talk tough. Sunny responded to defend him.

In the tweet, Sunny insisted that it was her car in the accident. According to Mike Johnson of PW Insider, the police records show otherwise. James F. Pente is listed as the owner of the 2012 Mercedes in the police report, despite Sunny’s rant.

“Ok enough. Stop this sh*t now. This man is the most caring man I’ve ever known. He puts me FIRST before him. It was MY car in the accident. Not his. So cut the crap. Enough already. Nothing you all say is gonna break us up so just give it a rest. Buh bye”

It was reported that Sunny is not even legally able to own a car. A history of DUI arrests and citations for driving without a license, reckless driving, failure to install an interlock (breathalyzer) system, and several others means that Sunny owning the car was a near impossibility. It is also highly unlikely that she has a valid driver’s license.

Ormond Beach police are waiting for the toxicology report to decide if charges will be filed. As of now, Sytch is a free woman. That may not last for long if the details in the police report prove true.
