The rapper was sobbing during the judicial proceeding. He was pleading that he didn’t rape anybody but the evidence was saying something else. The court had to come to a conclusion, so it gave its verdict today.

“I didn’t rape anybody, your honor. I did not rape anybody.”

Walker was escorted from the courtroom in handcuffs. His lawyer has stated that he will appeal the ruling. Walker was described by prosecutors as a “serial rapist” who used Drake’s fame to attract young aspiring models and actresses. He has refuted the accusations leveled against him.

After the verdict was decided by the court, Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Wallace gave his statement to the outlet regarding the matter supporting the victims.

“We feel that with this verdict, the jury gave these victims back their voices. This was very sophisticated. He picked these girls and he appealed to their dreams and hopes and name-dropped Drake and used his connection to Halle Berry to get these girls somewhere and gain their trust. Once they were there, it wasn’t about doing photoshoots, it was about assaulting them.”

So, finally, the victims got justice against the rapper. What do you think about the judgment? Let us know in the comments. For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
