The Rock is also a businessman and a very smart one at that. He also loves keeping himself in the best physical shape possible. This simply means he works out at the gym harder than anyone ever can.

Due to The Rock’s insane dedication to working out at the gym, he is also known for his extravagant and often ridiculous cheat meals. That is why the pro wrestling legend always shares his cheat meals for fans to see.

The Rock recently took to Instagram and uploaded a post, where he explained to fans how he achieves his legendary physique.

Out of my 24hrs a day, I always try and allocate 2hrs for my training.
(physical + mental)

These two hours are for me.
Only me.

I can disengage and disconnect with the world.

Anchor & recenter myself.

Then push thru pain barriers, disrupt and have an amazing workout.

Your anchor doesn’t need to be as intense as the gym.

But the philosophy here is finding your anchor and protecting it.

Allocate an hour or two during your day to disengage from the world and recenter yourself.

The daily discipline and consistency here is what creates the mentality that will impact all areas of your life.

Find and protect your anchor.
Then disrupt.

Then crush your cheat meals 🥰


The Rock certainly has a lot of goals on his mind and he will do everything he can in order to achieve them. For him, that is what matters right now and fans approve of his dedication to himself.
