Update: 50 Cent has remarked on this story, and he had a very interesting comment.
Original: Eminem is one of the best rappers in the world, and the rap world would be incomplete without him. The 2022 Super Bowl was the best since fans were able to hear the top performers on one stage. However, N.O.R.E. created news by claiming that Eminem told Jay-Z that he wouldn’t perform at the Super Bowl without 50 Cent.
Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige put on one of the most spectacular Halftime concerts of all time during the 2022 Super Bowl, performing some of their best hits for fans all over the world. It took a lot for that event to go down.
Snoop previously revealed that Hov was so committed to making his friend’s iconic show a reality that he threatened to stop his NFL connection if they didn’t comply. During Snoop’s latest visit to Drink Champs, more hip-hop rumors surfaced.
Slim Shady wasn’t willing to participate without his long-time friend 50 Cent, who wasn’t on the original lineup and was a surprise addition, according to one of the hosts, N.O.R.E.
“I said to JAY-Z, ‘I have to ask this straight-up – who is gonna perform at the NFL?’ He said to me, and I’m sorry for everybody who don’t understand, he said, ‘The white guy called for 50 Cent.'”
When N.O.R.E. inquired about the “white person” in question, he learned that the 4:44 hitmaker was referring to Eminem’s statement.
“I can’t do it if I can’t bring 50 with me.”
The host described the “Crack A Bottle” collaborator’s bromance as “spiritual.” Snoop Dogg said, “Of course, that’s his guy…And guess who Dre’s guy? it’s me!”
However, The Super Bowl went off without a hitch. The performance at the Super Bowl was incredible. Hopefully, all of the stars will once again share one stage and give a hit. For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
