John Cena Expected To Make WWE Return Later This Year

John Cena is a household name in the world of professional wrestling, as well as pop culture now. He has done it all in the pro wrestling world and now has a successful career in Hollywood. Still, fans are always looking for a chance to make a WWE return.

Cena shockingly returned at the WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view back in July last year and immediately got involved in a feud with Roman Reigns. The two had a match at WWE SummerSlam for the Universal Championship, where Cena lost. Cena is also expected to return this year.

John Cena would then take to social media and inform fans that he will see them soon, after his shocking loss to Roman Reigns at WWE SummerSlam. Fans were sad to see him leave again, but they might to wait long for his return.

According to Brad Shepard on his Unleashed patreon, John Cena is expected to make his return to WWE television in late June of this year. No other details regarding his return were given.

I spoke with a source in WWE today, and they told me John Cena is expected back in late-June of this year.

I don’t have a more specific time frame or the creative plan yet, but I do know he’ll be showing his face.

It is to be noted that Brad Shepard has broken several stories in the past as well. We will have to wait and see what the company will have planned for John Cena once he returns. Fans will no doubt be excited to see him back as well.
