The Los Angeles Lakers season has been an abysmal failure. The team has all but officially fired their coach. LeBron James complained throughout the season about a lack of cohesiveness. The final act of the fading season for the Lakers appears to be a threat of physical violence.

In Sunday’s game against the Denver Nuggets, Facundo Campazzo pushed Wayne Ellington. The infraction drew a flagrant foul, and Campazzo was ejected. In a post-game tweet, Wayne noted that the situation was not resolved.

The Lakers will have plenty of free time in the offseason. Wayne Ellington plans to spend it waiting to get his hands on Campazzo. Ellington said that the next time he sees him, things are going to get physical.

“When I see you I’m putting my hands on you. @facucampazzo”

A tumultuous season has come to an end for the Lakers. The drama continues to follow the team into the offseason. Facundo Campazzo’s foul was dangerous, but it likely doesn’t merit a fight.

When all is said and done, this will be just another black eye on a terrible season for the Los Angeles Lakers. Wayne Ellington is now hoping to dish out a shiner of his own. Time will tell if the two come to blows in the future.
