Eminem is regarded as one of the most prominent rappers of all time. The Detroit rapper has a long list of accomplishments behind him. According to statistics, the album “The Marshall Mathers LP” recently crossed 2.5 billion streams on Spotify.

MMLP is Eminem’s sixth project to reach this milestone in terms of streaming. This accomplishment comes in the wake of the album receiving a new 11 x Platinum certification from the RIAA a month ago.

Em’s third studio album, “The Marshall Mathers LP,” was released on May 23, 2000. It became an immediate classic and possibly his best album, selling over 21 million copies worldwide. It was primarily produced by Dr. Dre and Eminem.

To date, Eminem has released 11 solo albums and won 15 Grammy Awards. He was honored as a hip-hop icon during the Super Bowl LVI halftime performance in 2022, when he performed alongside Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige, among others.
