Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker recently got married by an Elvis impersonater in Las Vegas. People have called the marriage fake and a PR stunt. Now the reality star has come to defend their Vegas marriage.

The Kardashian family appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Show on Wednesday. Kourtney defended her ‘practice’ non-legal wedding to Travis saying she wasn’t ‘fake married’ All of them had a laugh while they were discussing the event of their Vegas marriage.

Jimmy later joked about how their late-night booze-fueled marriage didn’t involve getting a marriage license rendering the event unregistered. Her sister Kim then bragged that she was able to have a real wedding at 3 am. Jimmy and Kourt then had a funny back and forth about them being not able to get married properly.

‘It’s not called ”fake married”, There was no, like, possibility to get a marriage license at that hour.’

Jimmy then showed a photo from their wedding in Las Vegas with an Elvis Presley impersonator officiating. ‘By the way, all the photographers you have surrounding you all the time, this is the picture they got of this wedding,’ Jimmy quipped. Kris Jenner later revealed that she and Khloe were the only people aware of this wedding.

To make a great gesture on the eve of their wedding, Jimmy gifted Kourtney with China dining plates. The plates featured images of Kourtney and Travis in various public displays of affection. The family was amazed at the dining set and thanked Jimmy for such a nice wedding gift.

There we have it, Kourtney telling everyone that their marriage is valid. Although not registered, this is not a gimmick or a PR stunt but a serious step in her life. We look forward to seeing more of Kravis’ moments in their Hulu show The Kardashians.
