The Kardashians are preparing for a major legal battle with Blac Chyna. Chyna’s allegations against the iconic family are well documented and she’s taking them to court to get her share of justice. It appears, the Kardashian sisters could all be asked to take the witness stand.

Court documents obtained by People reveal Kim Kardashian, Khloe and their younger sister Kylie Jenner may have to testify at their brother Rob’s ex-fiancée Blac Chyna’s upcoming trial against their family. the reality stars’ mom Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble as well as Ryan Seacrest, who co-created the KUWTK and co-executive produced the spinoff Rob & Chyna, are also on the joint witness list.

The records state that Seacrest ‘is expected to provide live testimony and will be called during Plaintiff’s case-in-chief.’ A source told told the outlet that it is unlikely the 47-year-old will be asked to speak under oath during the hearing.

This recent developments come after the model, who shares her daughter Dream, with her ex Rob tweeted a new statement regarding her legal battle against his mom and sisters over the weekend. Chyna has spent years insisting that Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie conspired to help get Rob And Chyna axed.

Meanwhile, Rob’s attorney Marty Singer has previously argued that Chyna and Rob’s breakup is what caused the reality series to end.
