WWE Hall Of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is synonymous with 3:16, ever since his ‘Austin 3:16’ promo during the 1996 King Of The Ring. It even became the official 3:16 day, where fans celebrate Steve Austin. Now another coincidence seems to have happened during WrestleMania Night 1.

In the main event of WrestleMania 38 Night One, Steve Austin squared off against Kevin Owens in a No Holds Barred match. The Texas Rattlesnake defeated Owens in a solid match that fans liked more than they expected to.

What is very interesting about the whole deal is that Steve Austin walked out at exactly the 3:16 mark of the almost 4 hour show. This was right after Kevin Owens cut a long promo, insulting Texas and Steve Austin.

Steve Austin also appeared during Night 2 of WrestleMania 38, where he hit the stunner on Vince McMahon, Austin Theory and even Pat McAfee. Mick Foley also reacted to Steve Austin’s stunner on Vince McMahon.

We’ll have to see whether Steve Austin will make another appearance on WWE television eventually, as he definitely made WrestleMania 38 memorable.
