Fat Joe honored his special needs son Joey as the World Autism Awareness Day clocked in on April 2nd. While many may not know this about the rapper, but he has a son, who was born to the rapper when the Terror Squad captain was only 19 years of age.

The rapper shared an image of himself and his son on Instagram. He said a lot of great things about him, including calling him “My King.” He said in the caption that to anyone, their kids are their “biggest blessings.”

The rapper’s good wishes towards his son and many others garnered positive comments from his contemporaries. Busta Rhymes, MC Serch, DJ Clue, Positive K and Juelz Santana were some of the artists who showered Fat Joe with praise.

Joe has been vocal about his son before. In a birthday post last December, Joe talked about his struggles when he was just 19 and was told by the doctors that his son would not have a normal life.
