World Autism Day 💙 Joey is my heart, my king, my everything. Our kids are our biggest blessings. Today i wear Autism blue in honor of our kids and all the families around the world dealing with special needs family members. God makes no mistakes i pray everyday for everyone and i hope you keep us in your prayers 💙💙💙💙💙 #letsgoduke

The rapper’s good wishes towards his son and many others garnered positive comments from his contemporaries. Busta Rhymes, MC Serch, DJ Clue, Positive K and Juelz Santana were some of the artists who showered Fat Joe with praise.

Joe has been vocal about his son before. In a birthday post last December, Joe talked about his struggles when he was just 19 and was told by the doctors that his son would not have a normal life.
