Nicki Minaj is certainly one of the most established female rappers in the Hip-Hop world. She has already broken quite a few records in her decade-long career and that isn’t going to change anytime soon. Minaj is also an expert in breaking the internet whenever she feels like it.

Minaj took a moment to clarify previous comments made on Drink Champs while celebrating the success of her surprise Fivio Foreign-assisted release. The rap legend collaborated with Fivio on “We Go Up,” a drill-heavy tune that topped the iTunes charts within hours of its release.

In the midst of the accolades for the collaboration, clips of Remy Ma’s participation on Drink Champs have gone viral. In one video, Remy discusses her previously well-publicized feud with Minaj. Remi went on to say that, despite having a great career before going to prison, she felt like a beginner once she was released.

I never saw that one coming. I felt like, I had a conversation with her, because I’ve been in this predicament before where I was the girl coming in. So, let’s make an agreement that we never talk about each other.

Remy was interrupted by Noreaga, who asked if she has spoken with Minaj directly. The video went viral on social media and Nicki had some words to share after The Shade Room republished it. Nicki claimed that Noreaga must have misunderstood as she never had this conversation with Remi or anyone.

[Noreaga] must be misunderstanding what she saying to him. Did he say? ‘This is you telling her that?’ For the record, I’ve never had this conversation with her or anyone. So y’all like that new song ‘We Go Up’ ft. [Fivio Foreign]????

Nicki Minaj will forever remain one of the most influential and significant female rappers in the history of the hip-hop world and her personal touch on her songs simply goes to show how good she is. Take a look at the video below.
