March Madness is one of the most exciting times of the year for sports fans. Almost anything can happen. Cinderella stories are the order of the day as conference tournaments bring smaller schools to the big dance with major national powerhouses.

The Atlantic 10 Tournament was a part of this weekend’s madness. On Friday, the St. Louis Billikens took on the St. Bonaventure Bonnies with a chance to go to the big dance on the line. Things got out of control when a Billikens player insulted a St. Bonaventure cheerleader.

Hannah Koning said via Twitter that St. Louis guard Jordan Nesbit looked her straight in the eyes and called her a bitch. The trash talk was enough to trigger the cheerleader into storming off the court. The embarrassing incident was caught on camera. Hanna tweeted her side of the story in the aftermath.

“This was after he looked me dead in the eyes, an innocent cheerleader, and told me to “shut the f*** up b****” embarrassing”

Koning allegedly gave the middle finger to the entire St. Louis bench just before the video started. Nesbitt had been chirping at the Bonnies’ cheerleaders the entire game. Things finally boiled over. Hannah Koning was not having any of it.

St. Louis went on to win the game 57-56. There has been no comment from either university on the exchange. Jordan Nesbit might want to rethink the trash talk. Jordan didn’t score a single point in the entire game.
