The Euphoria season 2 finale featured one of the most intense action scenes fans have ever seen. Several fan theories have come up after the series ended. Now Javon Walton has joined to predict the future of his character “Ashtray.”

Javon Walton sat down for the latest episode of “Renaissance Man” with Jalen Rose. He made some predictions for Season 3 which fans might not get till 2024. Walton was asked where he sees his character in the future.

SPOILERS AHEAD. If you’ve watched the finale of Euphoria you might already know A S.W.A.T. team raided Fezco’s apartment after Custer stopped by for a visit. Ashtray killed Custer and locked himself in the bathroom with guns and ammo. After that, Ashtray engaged in a shootout with SWAT team.

Ashtray was apparently shot by the SWAT team as the scene showed him killed off-camera. Here’s the catch, viewers didn’t actually see Ash dying. All we see is a laser pointed right at Ashtray’s head after he shoots a cop and a sudden thud when another cop takes a shot.

During a rapid fire round in the interview with Jalen Rose, Javon was asked where he sees his character in a few years. Javon replied, “still protecting his house.” Earlier, in his interview with Esquire Walton hinted at something similar.

Javon said “Man, I just hope he’s alive. Because I’m sure he didn’t just get shot one time by taking cover in the bathtub and getting shot through the wall.” He adds, “You know that Fez needs Ash, and Ash needs Fez. They both really rely on each other, so it’s going to be really hard for both of them.” This means that Ashtray might not be dead after all.

What do you think is going on with Ashtray? Only time will tell, but it could be some wait until the next season of Euphoria due to Zendaya’s busy schedule.
