LeBron James continues to put on a positive public face. The Los Angeles Lakers are struggling to find ways to win. The team is in major danger of missing the playoffs. Things couldn’t get much worse.

King James has been critical of his team at times throughout the season. LeBron said that the Lakers have no chemistry. An all-star lineup that was once thought to be the deepest in the NBA has failed to produce.

LeBron isn’t panicking just yet. The Lakers’ leader said that as long as games are remaining on the schedule, they still have a chance. After the Lakers’ loss to the Dallas Mavericks, James was asked why he is still confident in the team.

“Because we still have games to play. Until you stomp me out, cut my head off and bury me 12-feet under, I got a chance. So that’s my confidence.

Obviously at the end of the day, we got to come in and win ballgames and play better, but as long as we have more games to play, we still have a chance, so that’s my confidence. I hate losing, I feel like poop right now, but tomorrow is a new day and I’m gonna be prepared and ready for the Clippers on Thursday. That’s my mindset, that’s just who I am.”

LeBron James knows what it takes to win an NBA championship. This might not be the year. James might have his back up against the wall, but he is not giving up as long as there is time on the clock.
