Young Dolph’s murder has caused a terrifying ripple effect in the city of Memphis. The rapper was shot and killed in his hometown last November while attempting to deliver Thanksgiving turkeys to people in his old neighborhood. The aftershock has led to other murders and a massive manhunt for the killers.

Another tragic death related to the killing of Young Dolph has now been reported. Fox 13 Memphis broke the news that a man who was responsible for taking care of Dolph’s memorial site has been shot and killed. Jeremiah Taylor died last week after months of volunteering to tidy up and maintain the area.

Taylor’s friend, Frank Gottie, spoke about Jeremiah’s character. Gottie noted that Jeremiah Taylor was a good man. Taylor was always trying to help.

“Jeremiah was a great person and he was so on point. He was helpful. He would try to help anybody.”

Jeremiah Taylor was an army veteran. Taylor was featured on an ABC News segment near the memorial where he called Young Dolph a legend and a king. Our hearts go out to Jeremiah Taylor’s family, friends, and loved ones in this difficult time.
