The second part of Kanye West’s three-part documentary Jeen-Yuhs came out on Wednesday, bringing more insight into Ye’s early stages of his career and older releases like his debut album.

One of the refreshing parts of the documentary was Ye’s early discography. It has a collaboration with Jamie Foxx. Kanye West’s debut album, The College Dropout, is now one of the classics in hip hop history. The album is flawless itself and features multiple, and almost every track from it is a superhit.

An unforgettable song in that album is Slow Jamz, which features Jamie Foxx and Twista. The 5-minute piece is an incredible product of the collaboration of hip hop and R&B styles. Rhythm and Blues is something Foxx was already known about.

Foxx has explained the creation of the classic song with Mr. West in multiple interviews. Which is to say, it is a track that he is very proud to be part of. But with the recent release of Ye’s documentary on Netflix. The fondness of such collaborations has been refreshed.
