Euphoria, the HBO teen angst drama with generous proportions of sex, drugs, violence, and other tasty stuff, is something I, you, and we all tweet about. From memes about who could “end Nate Jacobs” to reactions to Rue exposing Cassie, tweets about the current Euphoria episode flood the timeline and trend on Twitter.

Jack Harlow, Drake, Maren Morris, Halsey, Noah Beck, Chloe Bailey, Ella Mai, and Kid Cudi are among the celebs who have joined the Euphoria train. Now, Twitter claims that Euphoria is the most-tweeted show of the decade in the United States, ahead of the season finale.

If they’re starting with 2020 to define “decade,” then the second season has won it with 30 million Tweets (+51 percent vs. S1). The data breaks down as follows:

Euphoria follows a group of high school students as they navigate identity, trauma, drugs, friendships, love, and sex. Euphoria has been renewed for a third season due to its popularity. Some have criticized the series, including D.A.R.E., and Zendaya also responded them quite well.
