Thee Stallion addressed her dreams in the film industry during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. At some point in her career, the 300 Entertainment rapper stated that she would like to direct.
“I definitely want to be an actress, but I also really want to be a director. I love movies and I’m definitely a film buff.”
“I like to create. Not only do I like to write music, I like to write stories. I definitely want to see these stories come to life.”
Megan Thee Stallion has already made a name for herself in the film industry, having landed her first film part earlier this month. The Houston native will star in F###### Identical Twins, a new film produced by A24.
The WAP rapper has a first-look deal with Netflix, so a directing opportunity could come sooner rather than later. Megan Thee Stallion, a creator, and producer for Netflix, revealed an arrangement with the streaming giant in December.
