Lil Durk was set to drop “7220” today. Instead, the O Block native released a new single and announced a new date for the album’s release, pushing it back at the last minute. Much like Kanye West’s Donda 2, 7220 didn’t drop either.

Fans were eagerly awaiting the release of the new album Tuesday morning until Durkio backtracked on his announcement. It is worth mentioning that Kanye West had also promised that he’ll be dropping “Donda 2” today.

The release of 7220 was imminent until Durk took to his Instagram to announce that he’d other plans for the album. Though he released a single track for the much-anticipated album.

On Tuesday, Durk released his new music video for “AHHH HA,” seemingly laughing after successfully pump-faking his core fanbase. Alongside the release, Durk told fans that his new album would be released next month on March 11.
