It’s time to start going through your old video tape collection. The Terminator hit the theaters in 1984 and soon after it’s release it became a worldwide hit. The iconic film pulled in millions of audiences and spawned a film franchise that has continued to entertain fans for years.

Recently, one lucky seller was able to hawk a mint condition VHS copy of “The Terminator” for a whopping $32.5K. TMZ reported, COO of ComicConnect.com, Vincent Zurzolo was able to fetch that eye watering amount for the VHS copy after being on the market for just 3 days.

The copy was analyzed by a third-party grading company. It scored high 9s and even 10s for preservation which meant it’s in nearly perfect condition. Zurzolo told the outlet he’s seen a big increase in VHS purchases over the past few years.

Zurzolo also said, Arnold played a big role in the lives of ’80s kids, and that reflects in the amount of money they’re spending to get their hands on the VHS copy. It’s certainly a lot of money to cough up for an obsolete piece of media, but if you’re that big of a fan, you deserve a big thumbs up
