Snoop Dogg recently became the new official owner of Death Row Records. He initially joined the label in 1993, from where he released his debut album Doggystyle. Fast forward to today, he acquired the brand as part of one of his many business ventures, but this one was undoubtedly a big win.

To commemorate his new ownership, Snoop Dogg released a new short film titled B.O.D.R. (Bacc On Death Row). The west coast legend shared a 43-minute video on Friday; it features music videos, studio footage, and Behind The Scenes.

The new Snoop’s album is also titled the same (B.O.D.R), which is his first release from the label under his ownership. The album features Nas, Wiz Khalifa, DaBaby, The Game, Nate Dogg, T.I., Sleepy Brown, Uncle Murda, E-Mo, October London, Nefertitti Avant, HeyDeon, and Jane Handcock.

“B.O.D.R. is especially important to me and I’m excited to have a full-circle moment in my career at this time,” “The album has all the classic Snoop Dogg style with surprises and features from some of the dopest artists out there.”

Snoop is having the time of his life with his recent wins. It appears he is also going to make a transaction to purchase music rights from the label. He is looking forward to shaping this era of hip hop as well.
