‘Island Boys’ residence in Florida was recently raided by the police. It has resulted in the arrest of a suspect in the fatal drive-by shooting of an 8-year-old child. According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, a SWAT squad carried out a search warrant at the residence rented by TikTok stars Alex and Franky Venegas on Monday.

TMZ reports that neither Island Boy was apprehended, but cops did apprehend an alleged acquaintance of theirs, murder suspect Andrew James Thomas. Alex was at home during the raid, according to the police report.

When SWAT knocked on their door, Alex informed them Thomas ran toward him in a hallway, clutching a black revolver with an extended magazine. Thomas allegedly tried to get Alex to hide the rifle, but he refused.

Alex informed officers that he observed Thomas enter the laundry room and exit without the gun. The gun was discovered inside the laundry room closet, according to police.

For a different robbery case, Thomas was arrested for gun possession and probation violation. He was also charged with first-degree murder in the fatal drive-by shooting of an 8-year-old girl in Palm Beach, according to reports.

It’s unclear whether Thomas was living at the house or merely paying a visit to the Island Boys, according to Coral Springs Police Sgt. Ernesto Bruna. According to the manager of the Island Boys, they were unaware that Thomas, who grew up with them, was a suspect in a drive-by shooting.
