L.A. County Lawyers Nixing Kobe Bryant Fans From Helicopter Crash Photo Trial

L.A. County lawyers are trying to make sure that biased Kobe Bryant fans do not make it to the jury in the crash photo cakes that is against Vanessa Bryant. The report based on the pertaining documents comes from TMZ Sports.

The lawyers have prepared a bunch of questions which they wish to ask the potential jurors. the questions are designed to expose any hardcore Lakers or Bryant fans.

The documents obtained by TMZ reveal questions such as “How would you describe your feelings toward Kobe Bryant?” and “How would you describe your feelings toward the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team?“

The lawyers will struck out a juror if they look at the evidence of the case with a lack of objectivity. This is what the questionnaire is designed to expose. The lawyers have also prepared questions to spot biases against law enforcement, such as “Have you ever had had a negative experience with a Los Angeles County Sheriff or the LA County Sheriff’s Department?”

Vanessa Bryant is suing the county of Los Angeles. She alleges the officials who first reported on the scene photographed the crash site and showed these images to a bar as well as an awards banquet.

However, the county has stated that the officials took images as a professional act, and insist that these photos did not get exposure in a way that harms Vanessa. The trial is set to begin on February 22nd, for which a jury selection is soon to be underway.
