West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice flashed his dog’s behind during state address. He had an interesting response to anyone who criticizes his government. While concluding his state address the Governor lifted his bulldog and turned it’s rear-end to the audience.

Jim Justice did have some positive things to share with the citizens. Before his controversial move, Justice shared with the audience some of West Virginia’s accomplishments. He boasted the lowest unemployment rate in state history and agreements with major companies to provide jobs.

It all went down at his 2022 State of the State address on Thursday. Turning “Babydog”‘s rear end to the audience Gov. Jim Justice said, “They told every bad joke in the world about us, and so from that standpoint, Babydog tells Bette Midler and all those out there, ‘kiss her hiney.’” Needless to say, there was shock and laughter all around.

Last month, Midler called out West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin in a tweet. The tweet gave a scathing view of the elected official. While she was at it she also took a dig at entire state of West Virginia. People were not pleased.

Bette Midler later apologized for the tweet and said she “was seeing red.” But the damage had already been done. After Babydog’s hiney made the grand appearance, Justice received a standing ovation from the audience and concluded the speech by saying he told them he would make them smile.
