James Harden has been the subject of a lot of rumors lately. Harden has been candid about the Brooklyn Nets’ struggles with player management this season. The team has had great success on the court, but everything else has been chaotic.

Kyrie Irving can only play in away games after refusing to comply with New York state COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Several games have had to be rescheduled around the NBA because of viral outbreaks. There is plenty of reason to believe that James Harden feels unsettled.

Harden spoke to the media after the Nets lost to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday. The record-setting NBA star didn’t have much to say about the reports of his unhappiness with the team. James said he had no idea what people were talking about.

“I don’t know what you talking about… I don’t know about no reports.”

The Nets are currently locked into the 3rd spot in the Eastern Conference. Their 29-18 record doesn’t sound like one of a team on the brink. James Harden sees no reason to think he’d be unhappy.

We’ll see if Harden continues to stay the course. The Nets have a legitimate shot at an NBA title this season. If they can keep it together and James Harden can stay focused, that chance could become a reality.
