Bella Hadid is without a doubt one of the most well-known models in the world right now. Bella had an unhealthy addiction to smoking and drinking. Bella Hadid recently claimed that she lost control before she quits drinking.

Bella Hadid has admitted that she has stopped drinking after feeling that she “wouldn’t be able to control” herself. During a new interview with InStyle, Hadid talked about her recovery.

“I have done my fair share of drinking. I loved alcohol and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn’t be able to control myself.”

Victoria’s Secret model also stated that after her doctor demonstrated the effects of alcohol on the brain, she began to reduce her alcohol usage.

“I don’t feel the need [to drink anymore] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school. There’s just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn’t really do much, you know?”

In a post dedicated to discussing her mental health in November, Hadid acknowledged having “breakdowns and burnouts.” She also said that “social media is not real.”

Bella also suffered a lot due to this habit of smoking. Quitting smoking is a difficult task, but Bella Hadid succeeded. Stay tuned to Thirst for more information.
