Gunna is off to an unbelievable start in 2022. The Atlanta rapper has 15 of the 19 tracks on his new album, DS4EVER, on the Billboard Hot 100. His song “Pushin P” has taken on a life of its own.
Pushin P, according to Gunna, means doing what you have to do. Instead of a drug reference or sexual allusion, it’s basically just a catch phrase he invented. Gunna has credited several people, places, and things with pushin’ p.
The latest major star to jump in on the trend was Kim Kardashian. Kim K referenced the meme when she captioned a beach pic with the signature blue P emoji. Gunna offered his reaction after reposting the pic.
“CAPITAL [P]!!”
The ‘P’ trend is taking social media by storm. Kim Kardashian is one of the biggest influencers on any platform. Expect to see your Twitter feed flooded with blue P emojis in the coming weeks.
Gunna has to love the viral nature of his latest catch phrase. Everybody is talking about who is pushin’ p. Kim Kardashian might take the meme to the next stratosphere.
