Devin Booker is a two-time NBA All-Star. If his girlfriend Kendall Jenner has any say, he will be in Cleveland for this year’s edition. Devin has had a completely different issue on his mind lately.

During a recent game against the Toronto Raptors, the Phoenix Suns star asked the officials to have the Raptor’s mascot moved from under the basket. The raptor was distracting Booker as he tried to concentrate on shooting free throws. The rest of the league is now joining in on the fun.

Last Friday, the Indiana Pacers brought in an inflatable dinosaur costume. The dino was placed directly behind the basket. The intention was obviously to troll Devin Booker.

The San Antonio Spurs offered their take on the growing sensation on Monday night. Their coyote mascot held up “Quiet” and “Shhh” signs and wore a “cone of silence” to mock Booker. Devin was able to laugh it off this time.

Booker had the last laugh against the Spurs. Devin poured in 48 points. Phoenix beat the Spurs 121-107. The Suns continued their impressive season and improved to 34-9.

Devin Booker is likely to face a lot of strange mascot behavior in the future. It should be a lesson on how to stay focused for young basketball players everywhere. Booker might never escape the mockery.
