Britney Spears has already dropped the gloves when it comes to her father, but she’s gearing up for battle as Wednesday’s hearing approaches. She’s now claiming that Jamie Spears stuffed his pockets with millions of dollars she earned and claiming it was all blatant self-interest. That’s only a fraction of what Britney paid conservatorship members.

Mathew Rosengart, Britney’s lawyer, has filed legal documents alleging Jamie “engaged in self-dealing, financial and business mismanagement … engaged in abusive and bullying conduct toward his daughter, deprived his daughter of fundamental civil liberties …” and that’s only the beginning.

He contends Jamie had no legal right to the $6 million he earned during the conservatorship’s 13 years. Rosengart is requesting that the judge order the return of millions of dollars at the hearing on Wednesday.

Jamie had participated in “chronic alcohol misuse limiting his ability to serve faithfully,” according to the legal documents. Rosengart also claimed Jamie used some of the $6 million to pitch a show called “Cookin’ Cruzin’ & Chaos.” The documentaries also claim to have sold the show. One of the tour buses was turned into a food truck by Jamie.

In addition to Jamie’s $6 million, Rosengart claims that millions of dollars were spent on lawyers to keep the conservatorship going. According to Jamie, the legal bills were more than $30 million. So, with Jamie’s contribution, the total would be more than $36 million.

Jamie has stated that all of the money he earned during the conservatorship was approved by the court. The hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and there will undoubtedly be fireworks.
