The Dallas Cowboys left it all on the field in their first-round playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Dak Prescott expressed his frustration moments after the close defeat. The Cowboys simply ran out of gas. Their fans had plenty of energy to burn.

Cowboys and 49ers fans clashed in the streets outside of AT&T Stadium in the aftermath of the hard-fought game. As they flooded out of the gates, Cowboys fans exchanged fists with San Fran partisans. The wild scene showed at least a half dozen people fighting.

TMZ Sports reported that the brawl even ended up taking out some landscaping. Bystanders filmed as kicks and punches were thrown. Other fans screamed for help.

Police eventually arrived on the scene and cleared things up. It is unknown if any arrests were made. Local authorities have not commented on the matter.

Dak Prescott scrambled for a long gain as the clock ticked to less than ten seconds. The Cowboys needed a touchdown to tie, and an extra point would have sealed the victory. Prescott failed to allow the officiating crew to spot the ball, and time expired.

Dak thanked Cowboys fans who threw beer bottles and other garbage at the refs after the game. Most NFL experts believe the flub was Prescott’s own doing. Cowboys fans don’t care, they’re just frustrated about missing out on another shot at a Super Bowl.
