DaniLeigh has had a series of unfortunate events in 2021. Her mother, who also happened to be her manager, said dissociated herself from her daughter. It seems that 2022 is also bringing its share of troubles for the singer.
The 27-year-old recently took to Twitter to share a terrible news with her followers. DaniLeigh revealed that she and her daughter have tested positive for the coronavirus.
“My baby and I have COVID we’re ok and will be ok,” she tweeted Monday (January 17). She continued, “Appreciate prayers stay masked up and inside y’all.” Her followers showed support in replies to the tweet.
The announcement came hours after her ex, DaBaby, dropped a new song “Sneaky Link” Sunday (January 16). The sing has received widespread criticism on social media.
DaBaby has yet to respond to the news of her ex and their daughter getting the virus. The rapper had reportedly kicked the two out of his house falling a social media spat in November 2021.
