Saousoalii Poe Siavii, Jr. was a defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, and Seattle Seahawks. In 2019 and 2020, Siavii was detained. Following a 2019 arrest, Siavii was charged with three counts of gun possession. Now the ex-Dallas Cowboys DL Junior Siavii has been found dead in the prison.

Junior Siavii passed away at 43, according to TMZ. Siavii was discovered unresponsive at a federal prison in Leavenworth on Thursday afternoon, according to a representative for the US Bureau of Prisons.

Siavii was brought to a neighboring medical institution, where he was pronounced deceased, according to the spokeswoman. Further specifics about the death are unknown. A representative for the facility told The Star that no other employees or inmates were hurt.
