Bob Saget recently passed away at the age of 65. Saget was said to have died peacefully in his sleep. The beloved television dad was remembered fondly by friends and fans around the world.

Today, Bob Saget’s loved ones will gather for one final goodbye. TMZ has reported that a small funeral service will be held at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles. Only close friends and family are invited.

Full House creator Jeff Franklin will host a private reception after the service. There will be a larger memorial to follow. A time and place for that event has not been announced.

An entire generation grew up watching Bob Saget as Danny Tanner on Full House. The next generation got to experience the same thing when the show was rebooted as Fuller House. Tanner is one of television’s most iconic father figures.
