Bachelorette Alum Clint Arlis Passes Away At 34

We are very sad to learn about the passing of Clint Arlis. The former reality television star was only 34-years-old.

Bachelor Nation has lost one of its dearest ones. According to his sister Taylor, Clint Arlis, who competed for Kaitlyn Bristowe’s heart on the 11th season of The Bachelorette, has passed away at the age of 34. Taylor said further information on the service will be released later, but she didn’t say what caused his death.

It is with great sadness, to tell you that my family has lost my best friend and older brother Clint on the morning of January 11th. Please respect our family’s privacy as we try to cope with this great loss.

The devastating news was announced by Taylor on Facebook. While Bachelorette viewers will remember Clint for the motto “villains gotta vill,” Nick Viall stated on Twitter that his co-stars remember him as a really kind, unique, and creative person.

Just heard about the passing of Clint Arlis. I got a chance to get know Clint a little after our time on Kaitlyns season and I always enjoy are time and conversations.

He added that Clint was taken from this world far too soon. Meanwhile, according to his high school wrestling coach, he was a fierce competitor. He was considered as a devoted friend among his family and friends. Last night, Batavia High School coach Scott Bayer confirmed his death with a memorial on Twitter: “It is with a heavy heart and a sense of profound loss that we announce the death of one of the Batavia Wrestling Program’s All-Time greats.”

He was the loving son of fellow coach Tom Arlis and his wife, Jamie, according to Bayer. He described the architectural engineer as his sister Taylor’s protecting and kind older brother, as well as Logan’s boyhood idol and best buddy. May his soul rest in peace.
