The world truly suffered an irreplaceable loss after Hollywood icon Betty White passed away on December 31st, 2021. She passed away at the age of 99, just a couple of weeks before her 100th birthday. It seems a new mural has been made in Bety White’s name.

As fans are well aware, Betty White loved animals and supported a number of organizations throughout her life. According to TMZ, a new tribute mural honoring Betty White has been made.

This tribute mural is also a special one as it is about promoting the cause which Betty White cared about the most. Corie Mattie is responsible for the new mural that has been installed on L.A.’s famous Melrose Avenue. Mattie stated that the mural took her around 15 hours to complete and includes the mission statement -“Be More Like Betty.”

Corie added a QR code on the mural that allows fans to scan and donate directly to wagmorpets, which is an organization supporting dog rescues. Mattie said that Betty “loved animals so I thought it would be a good idea if people wanted to pose in front of it, this will go directly to [the] nonprofit.”

The artist said that she felt Betty was the epitome of a “perfect human” who was ahead of the curve back in the day when it came to creating a more inclusive world. That is not all as even Guide Dogs For The Blind recently revealed that they will be naming a puppy after Betty White as well.
