Nicolas Cage Is Expecting A Baby With Riko Shibata

Nicolas Cage has quite some experience when it comes to marriage. He has been married 4 times before tying the knot with Riko Shibata. Now they are expecting a baby.

Cage tied the knot with his wife during a very small and intimate wedding at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas in 2021 while honoring his late father’s birthday. The couple met in Shiga, Japan, through mutual friends while Cage was filming Prisoners of the Ghostland. A representative for the couple told People: “The parents-to-be are elated!”

Nicolas Cage is already a father to two kids from his previous marriage – Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31. Cage married Patricia Arquette in 1995 and divorced her six years later. Cage married Lisa Marie Presley for 107 days in 2002 before divorcing her in November of that year.

Three months later, in northern California, the Oscar winner married Alice Kim and divorced nearly a decade later. They finalized their divorce in 2016. The Ghost Rider star married Erika Koike in Las Vegas in March 2019, but the couple filed for divorce four days later.

Nicolas Cage & Riko Shibata posed for their first-ever magazine cover for Flaunt magazine, which debuted in October 2021. The following month, the pair walked the red carpet of the 2021 GQ Men of the Year party in West Hollywood. Cage and Shibata, who is also an actress, made their red carpet debut last July at the premiere of Cage’s film Pig.

This good news comes as a surprise to us in the first week of new year. Nicolas Cage has had no enough good luck when it comes to marriages. Everybody will be happy if this relationship lasts long unlike the previous ones Cage had.
