James Corden is an actor, comedian, singer, writer, producer, and television personality from the United Kingdom but he is best known in the United States as the host of The Late Late Show with James Corden, a CBS late-night discussion show that has aired since 2015. One tabloid claims the talk show host is negotiating a raise for himself and leaving his crew in the dust.
The National Enquirer reported this week that James Corden is set to receive a large pay boost, but he has no intentions to share the income. While he is savoring the success of his show, he isn’t fighting for the people who helped him get here.
An inside insider claims, “He’s attempting to acquire more money for himself while doing nothing to make the show a happier place to work.” While James portrays himself on television as Mr. Nice Guy, he is rarely warm or friendly to his employees.
People love working for Jimmy Kimmel. But it’s a different story at Corden’s show, where there always seems to be the threat that he’s looking for something better. To say he isn’t well-liked is an understatement. He likes to pit his most talented people against each other. He seems to get a kick out of seeing people squirm.
This isn’t the first time the National Enquirer spread rumors about a popular talk show host. The source recently stated that Ellen DeGeneres was having trouble booking A-list guests for her talk show. The publication went on to suggest that Drew Barrymore and Ellen DeGeneres were feuding. Wendy Williams, according to the tabloid, was experiencing a nervous breakdown over the loss of her show.
