Chanel Iman Staying In Family Home During Divorce From NFL’s Sterling Shepard

Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard have called it quits after almost four long years of marriage. The New York Giants player filed for divorce from the Victoria’s Secret Angel on June 7, 2021. Sterling Shepard is now moving out of the shared family home while the legal proceedings hash out in court.

According to the latest legal documents obtained by TMZ, Chanel is staying put in the couple’s marital mansion as she gets sole use of their pad in North Caldwell, New Jersey. Shepard had to remove his personal items from the home, which will now occupy his new bachelor pad. Interestingly, he will continue footing the bill for Chanel’s monthly living expenses.

There are a lot of items the New York Giants star had to pack up and ship out. In addition to his wardrobe and bling, the list includes some of the prized belongings of Sterling Shepard’s man cave. Shepard is shipping out his gaming systems, ping pong table, sauna, red light therapy system, all framed and loose football jerseys, a projection TV and couch from the basement, a computer and his KAWS dolls.

Sterling also moved out a bunch of weightlifting and other exercise equipment in the division of assets. However, it looks like Chanel Iman will still be able to maintain her model figure. The Peloton treadmill and bike are staying with the Victoria Secret Angel.

The couple share two daughters together. In August 2018, they welcomed Cali, and in December 2019, Cassie was born. The court papers say that Sterling and Chanel want joint legal custody of their toddlers during the divorce proceedings. Sterling and Chanel have agreed to not have any romantic third parties spend the night when they’re parenting.
