Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme knows how to rock out on stage, but this act was a bit too aggressive. The famous rocker allegedly threated his ex-wife’s new boyfriend. Now, it seems he may have to spend some time courtroom defending himself.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Josh Homme made death threats to Gunner Foxx. This allegedly occured after he became romantically involved with his ex-wife Brody Dalle back in 2020. Foxx shared things finally came to a head this past Christmas Eve.

Gunner said he was out doing Christmas shopping at a mall in Thousand
Oaks, CA when things went sour. During his time at the mall, Josh approached him and threatened to throw him off a balcony.

In the documents, Gunner claims Josh first got in his face while he was in an Apple Store. Josh allegedly said . “I’m going to kill you, you f****** p****” to provoke a reaction out of Gunner for a fight. Gunner also said, Josh approached him again outside the store.

According to Gunner version of events, Josh viciously berated him and threatened to kill him and toss him over the second-floor balcony. He said, at one point during the heated exchange, that Josh actually grabbed Gunner’s arm and tried to throw him over the railing.

Gunner claims he called law enforcement but it was too late as Josh was already out of there. Later, Foxx made his case in court and a judge granted him a temporary restraining order requiring Josh to stay at least 50 yards away from Gunner and Gunner’s two daughter. Meanwhile, Homme has not addressed the accusation.
