Andy Cohen’s first day of the year didn’t go too well. On New Year’s Eve, Cohen and Anderson Cooper made headlines when they had quite a time on live television. Cohen’s strange behavior disappointed his followers and some called for him to be fired.

Cohen co-hosted CNN’s New Year’s Eve special with Anderson Cooper. They both got seemingly intoxicated during the show. Producers were apparently in favor of Cohen and Cooper having a good time on New Year’s Eve.

After his savage diatribe criticizing former New York mayor Bill de Blasio, some fans wondered if he’ll be fired from Bravo. Cohen received a lot of attention for keeping people glued to their televisions on New Year’s Eve, and many people thought he was hilarious.

Many followers slammed Andy Cohen due to his criticizing habit. You can find some of those tweets below.

“Embarrassing. You should be fired! Anyone else acting so carelessly in an employment situation would lose their job. And to think [you’re] a parent.”

“When is Andy Cohen going to be sent to rehab and quietly fired?”

“You should be fired and never work in the industry again. You were disgraceful and disrespectful to the Mayor and all Americans.”

When Cohen awoke on January 1, 2022, he didn’t seem too bothered about what he said. In fact, the host of “Watch What Happens Live!” admitted on social media that he was “over-served.”

“I was a hair over-served last night, but man did I have fun! I hope you did too. Happy New Year everybody,”

On his Instagram Stories, Cohen posted other photos from that night, including a Charlie Brown voice-over of his de Blasio diatribe. Now let’s see if Cohen’s misconduct caused Bravo to fire him or not.
