Antonio Brown knows how to pull attention. He posted a cryptic message on Twitter raising speculation on his future with Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Then he had quite a meltdown on the field to end his time with the Buccs. We still don’t know 100% what prompted this.

Brown had a hectic career with his breakout season with the Pittsburgh Steelers at the start of his career. He is now without a team once again, after he seemingly quit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers mid-game.

After AB got himself a trade from the Steelers in Spring 2019, he landed with the Oakland Raiders. However, his antics got the Raiders eager to release him by the beginning of the next season. After that short stint, he was given another chance by the New England Patriots in the same week. That too didn’t last long as he released with just two weeks in.

Teams were avoiding AB due to sexual assault accusations against him. However, this didn’t stop Tampa Bay Buccaneers to give him another chance, Tom Brady’s new team in 2020. The signing got the stamp approval by Bucs head coach Bruch Arians and the team went on to win the Super Bowl with AB in February.

Since the beginning of this season, AB has brought nothing but Drama for Tampa Bay. Now the last nail in his coffin was when he stormed off the field and took off his jersey in defiance. It’s not clear what prompted his dramatic exit, but it was enough for the Arians to pull the plug on AB.

Following the Bucs victory over New York Jets, Bruce Arians confirmed Brown’s release in the post-game presser. Bruce said, “(AB) is no longer a Buc.”

In response to his departure from the team, Antonio took to Twitter to troll. Brown said he is a “super gremlin.” We will have to wait and see how this story develops.
