Kodak Black doesn’t seem to be able to stay out of trouble. The rapper has a history of significant illegal woes, and recently he was charged with another felony. According to Kodak’s lawyer, the arrest of Kodak Black on New Year’s Eve is a “misunderstanding.”

Kodak Black’s lawyer responded to the rapper’s arrest on New Year’s Eve.
In 2020, Kodak Black was released from prison. He finished the year with a brief stop at the police station.

The rapper was arrested and hauled into custody in the early hours of January 1st on “trespassing” charges, but he was released shortly. There was little information about his run-in with the authorities at the time of his arrest. His lawyer explained why the whole event was just a “misunderstanding.”

Yak was essentially jailed, according to TMZ. Yak went back to his former neighborhood of Greenacres. He saw some old pals and planned to pay off five families’ Christmas credit card obligations.

Police eventually arrived in the area and arrested Kodak after receiving a letter from the Housing Authority. After providing households A/C units in September 2021, Kodak Black was apparently barred from accessing the neighborhood.
According to Cohen, the cease-and-desist letter was never sent to Kodak Black personally, but rather to his record label. Cohen argued that nothing in the letter stated that Kodak could not return to the region. Yak reposted an Instagram story.

“Toy drives, turkey drives, A/C unit giveaway drives, back to school drives… and you repay him by calling the cops on him during a holiday. FOH. We got him out in two hours because they felt stupid taking him.”

As stated by the lawyer the arrest was a misunderstanding. What do you think is this made-up story or the Kodak is innocent ? To know more stay tuned to thirstyfornews.
