Morgan Wallen was recently sighted working with Lil Durk on his new song “Broadway Girls,” but he’s looking for more collaborations. Hip-hop and country fans were equally surprised to find that their favorite genres had once again clashed. Morgan Wallen has now indicated his desire to work with Kendrick Lamar as well.

Lil Durk and Morgan Wallen collaborated on the new track “Broadway Girls,” which was likely more surprising than Young Thug’s wacky Beautiful Thugger Girls project or Lil Nas X’s blockbuster hit Old Town Road. After all, Morgan Wallen was famously caught on tape shouting the N-word.

Given the great response to “Broadway Girls” and his current album Dangerous: The Double Album, it looks that he has emerged unhurt from that disgrace. Furthermore, now that Morgan Wallen has his first Hip-Hop collaboration under his belt, he’s bent on collaborating with one of the world’s biggest, yet most elusive, rappers, Kendrick Lamar.

According to Complex, the multi-platinum-certified country artist appeared on Clubhouse with Druski. He was there to discuss what he’s presently listening to and which rappers he’d like to collaborate with in the future.

“I do love Moneybagg [Yo]. He’s definitely at the top of the list. … But, like overall, ever…I’m trying to think of not just in the past little bit…Kendrick Lamar would be pretty cool. Moneybagg is probably my favorite. And I listened to a lot of Young Dolph—RIP. I listened to Drake’s new album. I listen to Kanye. … I’ve been listening to a little bit of Gunna. I like him pretty good.”

With the publication of “Broadway Girls,” Morgan Wallen attempted to put his previous debacle behind him. Do you think Kendrick Lamar would be willing to collaborate with him? That will be addressed in the future; stay tuned to thirstyfornews for more information.
