Kenny Chesney made some decisions this new year. Kenny has been successful in his life and built multiple properties in his name. Now Kenny Chesney is set to unload his Nashville home for $11.5 million.

Kenney Chesney put his Nashville property up for sale at $11.5 million. The massive home is also fully-loaded. The property is situated in the Nashville area for $11.5 million, and that’s at a significant discount.

The 4 bedroom, 9 bath property was previously listed for $13.9 million by the country artist. But it appears to have sat empty, despite the fact that it was in the midst of a housing boom. Despite the fact that the house did not sell for the original asking price, Kenny made a tidy profit. He paid $9.25 million for the property in 2009.

The main home is little under 12,600 square feet and sits on 56 acres in Franklin, Tennessee. With a 10-car garage, unless the buyer is Jerry Seinfeld or Jay Leno, the next owner will have no parking issues. There’s also a home theatre, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, limestone fireplaces, and other luxuries.
