The horrific tragedy at the Astroworld festival seems like a distant memory. In fact, it was just short of two months ago. Investigations are still underway to figure out what caused such a senseless loss of live.

Congress is even launching their own investigation into the incident. The crowd made a massive rush as Travis Scott performed on stage. A stampede occurred. Several were killed and hundreds were injured.

Cedric The Entertainer is among those who is blaming law enforcement for the terrible events of Astroworld. The comedy legend recently appeared on “The Domenick Nati Show” where he discussed his thoughts on the event. Cedric said he believes the police didn’t react when they saw what was going on.

“I looked at some of the videos and everything, I mean, the police were right there in front of them and they’re not reacting. That’s their job.”

The comedian said he doesn’t believe Travis Scott had anything to do with the stampeding crowd. He didn’t see him on stage encouraging the behavior. Many of the victims’ families believe otherwise.

The lawsuits have continued to pile up against the organizers of the festival. Travis Scott has spoken out and said he is heartbroken by what happened. The investigation could take quite some time. For now, fans and celebs like Cedric The Entertainer can only offer their opinion and speculation.
