Jasiel Amon Robinson is better known by his stage name Yung Joc, or maybe it’s Young Jock? Well, it depends on who’s asking. “Wheel of Fortune” is getting slammed by the fans for misspelling the rapper’s name during an episode. Joc however, shut down all misspelling claims.

During the Monday night’s bonus round, Kennise Miller failed to solve the puzzle under the “person” category. Turns out the answer was “young jock”. Folks believe that the contestant might have been cheated out of $39k.

According to the show, the answer was “young jock,” but some fans think otherwise. Fans believe that the contestant should’ve got another chance because it was the show’s fault to have not done proper research.

People thought that it was a misspelling of rapper Yung Joc’s name. TMZ interviewed Joc regarding this misunderstanding. Joc thinks that the answer really wasn’t a mistake. He believes that the answer simply intended to be the description of a young athlete. It’s good to see that he’s not so full of himself that he thinks that there’s only one young jock around, no matter how you spell it.

Joc finally cleared up all the confusion. He is a longtime fan of ‘Wheel.’ Joc said that he grew up watching the show with his mom and grandma. He’s definitely one of the strongest people to play “Wheel of Fortune.” That should give some more weight to his opinion on the matter.
